Often, what’s missing in healing from chronic conditions is a deeper understanding of the nervous system.

About Jacqui
Jacqui helps people who are stressed, burnt out or struggling with chronic conditions reset their nervous system so that they can move out of survival mode, find calm and heal.
After going on her own health journey and coaching hundreds of clients, Jacqui realised that nervous system dysregulation was the common root cause keeping her clients stuck and preventing them from truly healing. This sparked her mission to create a holistic, accessible approach that empowers people to regulate their nervous systems and reclaim their health.
